WHY GYMHIVE EXISTS

A fitness business does not need more opinions. It needs better criteria for deciding.

Opening, running or growing a centre means making decisions about location, product, pricing, staff, processes, sales and profitability. Our job is to bring analysis and structure to bear before an intuition becomes a decision.

Day to day, it is easy to grow used to the way the business works. Some problems become normalised and certain opportunities go unnoticed.

GymHive Consulting brings an outside perspective aimed at understanding what is happening, what information is missing and which decisions deserve priority attention.

We are not trying to add complexity. We are trying to reduce uncertainty and organise the information so that sounder decisions become possible.

HOW WE THINK

Four principles for working with judgement.

How the work is done matters as much as the result. These principles shape how we analyse a project and how we frame our recommendations.

01

Understand before recommending

We do not propose solutions without first knowing the context, the objectives and the real constraints.

02

Separate data from assumptions

We identify what we know, what we are interpreting and what still needs checking.

03

Prioritise what matters

Not everything deserves the same attention. We rank problems and opportunities by their real impact.

04

Propose actions that can be applied

A recommendation is only useful when it can be turned into a concrete decision or action.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Four lines of work. One shared objective: better decisions.

Our services cover different moments in the life of the business: before investing, during the opening, once the centre is up and running, and when the team needs to develop new capabilities.

01

Market studies

We analyse catchment area, demand, competition, positioning and feasibility to reduce uncertainty before you invest.

Gym opening support

We support the launch of the centre on decisions such as the premises, the layout of the space, the services, the equipment, the suppliers, the team and the opening campaign.

HOW WE WORK

Fewer universal recipes. More analysis of the specific case.

Every project starts with questions. The aim is to understand the situation first and then build a response proportionate to the problem that needs solving.

01
CONTEXT

We understand the starting point

Objectives, constraints, available data and pending decisions.

02
ANALYSIS

We look for useful evidence

We review the information needed to separate perceptions from real problems.

03
DIAGNOSIS

We identify what matters

We connect findings and detect which factors require priority attention.

04
DECISION

We turn analysis into direction

We set out alternatives, recommendations and next steps in a way that is easy to follow.

WHEN WE CAN ADD VALUE

There are moments when an outside view changes the decision.

We work particularly well when there is an important decision on the table, a problem that is hard to read, or a need to organise information before acting.

01

Before investing

When you need to validate a location, a concept, an opportunity or a business hypothesis.

02

When the centre is not performing as it should

When the symptoms are clear but where the problem actually originates is not.

03

When there are too many priorities

When everything looks important and the decisions with the greatest impact need to be identified.

04

When the team needs to move on

When a new stage demands better knowledge, processes, leadership or ways of working.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

A good decision starts by asking the right questions.

Tell us where your gym, sports centre or fitness project stands. We will analyse the situation and tell you what kind of work would add the most value.
