Do you only work with gyms that are already open?
No. We work both with operating centres and with entrepreneurs and investors who are still weighing up an opening. The service adapts to the real stage of the project.
Can you help me if I have no experience in the fitness industry?
Yes. Beyond the market study, we can support you through the opening and help with the planning and the early management of the centre.
Can audits be carried out in any type of centre?
Yes. We adapt the analysis to the business model, the services, the size of the centre and management's objectives.
Is training delivered in person or online?
Both are possible. The format depends on the content, the team, the location and the type of training requested.
Do you work outside Spain?
Yes. We take on Spanish and international projects and carry out much of the work remotely when the service allows it.
How is the budget calculated?
The budget depends on the scope, the depth of the analysis, the deliverables, any travel required and the level of support involved. Before we start you will receive a clear, fixed proposal.
